Michael T. Lukas to Succeed Henry Fry as CEO of Fry Communications
MECHANICSBURG, PA—June 3, 2011—Henry Fry has named Michael T. Lukas to be his successor as CEO of Fry Communications, while he will assume the position of chairman of the board. As chairman, Fry will maintain his involvement in the overall direction of the company, with a focus on special initiatives. These changes become official on June 6, 2011.
Lukas has been with Fry for 25 years, serving as chief operating officer for the past three and a half years. All divisions and departments of the company will report to him.

Lukas holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, and has been a licensed Certified Management Accountant and member of the Institute of Management Accountants for more than 25 years.
