Amundson Appointed President and CEO of Brown Printing; Petersen to Retire
HAMBURG, GERMANY—Jan. 2, 2012—Mike Amundson, currently CFO and executive vice president of the Catalog Market Segment at Brown Printing, has been appointed president and CEO. Volker Petersen, current president and CEO of Brown, will retire as planned on June 30, 2013, after devoting the next few months to a smooth business transition.

Amundson started with Brown in 2005 as CFO. Prior to joining Brown, he was the chief operating officer of The Hadley Companies and a partner at Coopers & Lybrand. Amundson and his wife Cindi will continue to be based at Brown’s headquarters in Waseca, MN.
