Rogers Printing is a leader in sheetfed and web printing with customers across the United States.

The transaction was initiated by Mark Hahn and John Hyde of Graphic Arts Advisors, LLC, which served as Mittera’s M&A advisor on this matter.
Customers of Rogers Printing will experience a seamless transition to the Mittera platform. Mittera currently operates in 12 states, strategically located across the nation, providing a coast-to-coast distribution network. The production facilities in Michigan will be wound down.
