Mittera Group Acquires Select Assets of Sprint Denver

Mittera Group, a Des Moines, Iowa-based, multi-platform communications company, is pleased to announce the purchase of select assets of Sprint Denver, Inc. Sprint is one of the leading commercial printers in Colorado, whose customers will be well served by Mittera’s national capabilities and capacity.

This latest acquisition further solidifies Mittera’s national presence. The Mittera Group now operates 10 manufacturing facilities in Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Texas, Colorado, New Jersey, New York and Florida. With this acquisition, customers of Sprint will continue to have local support through Mittera Group’s Denver division, as well as gain access to a larger national manufacturing platform. In addition, Mittera Group offers services in direct mail, content creation, data analytics, application development and strategic analysis, as well as social and digital marketing.

In the weeks ahead, the Sprint manufacturing operation will be absorbed into the Mittera Group facilities.
