Mittera Group Purchases Commercial Offset Printing and Finishing Services Firm J.B. Kenehan

DES MOINES, IA—October 2, 2014—The Mittera Group is pleased to announce its third print acquisition in less than two years. J.B. Kenehan, a 30-year-old Wisconsin and Illinois-based commercial offset printing and finishing services firm, is the newest addition to the company’s print divisions; Rock Communications, Colorfx and Wisconsin Web Offset.

“As the industry continues to consolidate, the ability to expand both organically and through strategic acquisitions is key to our growth plan,” said Jon Troen, President of the Mittera Group. “J.B. The acquisition brings the combined annual sales of the merged organizations to approximately $135 million with more than 750 employees operating in 10 facilities across the Midwest.
