Modern Litho, a full-service commercial, catalog and publication printer headquartered in Jefferson City, Missouri, announces an exclusive agreement with James Mulligan Printing Co. (Mulligan Printing) of St. Louis for the transfer of its commercial printing and business operations to Modern Litho.

We look forward to the opportunity to continue and build on this tradition by bringing an enhanced level of capability and quality to the marketplace,” commented Darrell Moore, Modern Litho President.
Established in 1865 as a family-owned business, Mulligan Printing capabilities have included offset and digital printing with complete bindery and finishing, in addition to label printing through its subsidiary, Color Label. Jerry Kiske, co-owner of Mulligan Printing, noted, “We’re excited to have found a great fit for our commercial printing customers and we’re thrilled as many of our Mulligan employees will continue serving them as part of the Modern Litho-St. Louis team.”
Color Label is being retained by Mulligan Printing and will continue operations while the commercial and digital printing division will cease at its current facility at 1808 Washington Ave, St. Louis, MO. The employees joining Modern Litho-St. Louis will move to the company’s location at 5111 Southwest Ave, St. Louis, Mo.
