Moore, a leading constituent experience management company, names Stephanie Ceruolo as president of Moore Response Management Group, a Moore company. Moore RMG, located in Hagerstown, Maryland, is one of the nation’s largest full-service direct response processing and fulfillment companies, with an emphasis on providing clients accurate data through timely processing, deposits and reporting.
Moore purchased the response management company from Merkle, Inc. in January 2023 and rebranded the company Moore RMG. Kent Grove, who led the company as president before and through the acquisition, is moving into an enterprise business development position at Moore. In his new position, Grove will support growth across all Moore products and services. Bringing Ceruolo and Grove into these positions is yet another step Moore is taking to invest in people and technology to deliver the best marketing and data solutions in the industry.
Prior to joining Moore RMG, Ceruolo served in senior leadership positions at Epsilon and Merkle, and most recently as nonprofit division president of Data Axle. Ceruolo is a high-performing executive who has spent more than 20 years helping nonprofits achieve their missions through innovative, data-driven solutions.
“After spending so many years helping nonprofit clients acquire and steward donors through data solutions, I am excited to work with the team that is responsible for getting data to our clients as quickly as possible, advancing insights for their success,” said Ceruolo. “To do that with Moore, a company with a truly innovative vision for elevating the nonprofit industry, is thrilling.”
Ceruolo will guide and direct Moore RMG’s ongoing focus to streamlined data acquisition and analysis beyond traditional response management services, providing clients with the ability to make critical timely and accurate decisions that impact future growth. Along with her commitment to advancing nonprofit missions, Ceruolo is dedicated to helping Moore RMG employees grow professionally and make full use of their talents and passions.
“At Moore, we analyze the entire data cycle to discover ways to give clients a competitive edge. With Stephanie leading the effort for a one-day turn around on data collection and cash deposits, clients benefit from faster access to critical information, enabling them to make faster and better-informed decisions,” said Gretchen Littlefield, chief executive officer of Moore.
“Additionally, we are excited that Kent Grove is moving into an enterprise business development role at Moore. Our clients have some of the most sophisticated marketing and data programs in the industry and we are so fortunate to have someone with Kent’s experience to guide them through our enterprise solutions,” Littlefield continued.
