M&R Announces New CEO

Danny Sweem
ROSELLE, Ill. - May 4, 2018 - After thorough succession planning and a comprehensive search process, M&R is pleased to announce that industry veteran Danny Sweem has been selected to be the next CEO of the M&R Companies. Sweem will begin his position with M&R on June 4, 2018. In the past, Sweem served as VP of Rutland Plastics Technologies and most recently has been VP of Nazdar SourceOne’s Textile Inks Business Unit where his responsibilities included Nazdar SourceOne's textile ink product portfolio, customer relationships, sales strategies, technical support team and vendor relationships.

Current CEO and M&R founder, Rich Hoffman, welcomes Sweem to the company. “Having held several strategic positions within the screen printing industry, I am positive that Danny’s vast knowledge and proven growth strategies will be a tremendous asset to M&R’s future growth.”
Hoffman will continue with M&R as Sweem transitions into his new position with the company.
