MSP Digital Marketing to Acquire Share of TecDoc Digital Solutions

NEW CANAAN, CT—September 10, 2009—MSP Digital Marketing, LLC, formed earlier this year to create a unique national network of world-class marketing solutions providers, has agreed to acquire a substantial interest in TecDoc Digital Solutions (TDD.) TecDoc is one of the country’s leading providers of cutting edge digital solutions for direct marketing and collateral management, technical documentation solutions and training document solutions.

Incorporating web-based management tools and Customized Cross-Media Communications, TecDoc provides customers with the ability to deliver targeted, relevant communications that produce significantly improved response rates and ROI. David Trombino, CEO of TDD and Paul Marinelli, COO will continue to operate TDD on a day-to-day basis. The MSP Digital Marketing partners include Roy Grossman, Charles Stine, Jonathan Fogel and Edward Epstein.

TDD operates two facilities. The primary manufacturing facility and offices are located in Hudson, MA, approximately 30 minutes outside of Boston. The company also maintains an on-campus facility at a major university in Boston, MA.
