Muller Martini Files Patent Suits Against Goss

Additionally, in each of these new cases Goss International has asserted a counterclaim against the Muller Martini Companies, based on another Goss patent that was not asserted in the 2005 litigation, and Goss International anticipates that it will prevail on these counterclaims as well.”
