Multi-Color Acquires Di-Na-Cal Label Business from Graphic Packaging
CINCINNATI—February 3, 2014—Multi-Color Corp. has acquired the Di-na-cal label business from Graphic Packaging International, effective immediately.
Di-na-cal operates manufacturing facilities in Cincinnati, and Greensboro, NC, and provides decorative label solutions primarily in the heat transfer label markets for home and personal care and food and beverage through long-standing relationships with blue chip national and multi-national customers. Revenues related to the Di-na-cal business for calendar 2013 were approximately USD 64 million.
