Nationwide Buys Three Firms

The acquisitions are part of an ongoing plan to add printers and graphic arts companies to the Nationwide stable, according to senior Vice President Jerry Hyde, and more additions will be announced in the near future.

"Nationwide feels that Lasertech complements other recent acquisitions and looks forward to expanding into other major markets," he says. "Letters of intent are currently being negotiated with several companies, and some new acquisitions will be announced in the near future."
