Sir Speedy Franchise Acquires Performance Printing
WESTBURY, NY—Sir Speedy of Westbury, Hauppauge & Melville has acquired Performance Printing & Graphics, based in Massapequa, NY. Performance is a second-generation family printing company founded in 1980. Operated by Kevin Kimchy, a 30-year veteran of the printing industry, Performance has built a business of corporate and retail clientele.
This acquisition is Sir Speedy of Westbury, Hauppauge & Melville’s third in six years and is part of the company’s strategy of continuing growth through expansion. It is one of the nation’s leading Sir Speedy franchise operations, offering comprehensive printing and document management solutions.
As part of the agreement, Sir Speedy has acquired Performance’s book of business, including a variety of local corporate clients. In addition, Kimchy will stay on with Sir Speedy as a production and relationship manager. He will manage the newly acquired clients in order to effect a seamless transition.
