MIAMISBURG, OH—February 20, 2014—NewPage Corp., a leading producer of digital coated papers, is pleased to announce the addition of two new sheet sizes to its economy digital coated paper brand, Blazer Digital, specifically for HP Indigo 10000 digital presses.
NewPage continues to focus on the digital print market and align its grade offering to better meet the needs of digital press owners. As the sheet sizes needed for the HP Indigo 10000 continue to evolve, NewPage responds by again expanding its offering—this time with the addition of 29.5x20.75 text and 20.75x29.5 cover stocking sizes in the Blazer Digital line. These sheet sizes also enhance the productivity of the HP Indigo 10000 by being packed in a single tier skid.
“These new sizes are stocked in our warehouses and are readily available to ship the same day they are ordered,” said Dennis Essary, director, digital coated papers for NewPage. “Our customers now have the option to purchase coated paper for the HP Indigo 10000 in either cartons or skids and may also utilize our custom digital converting to order a special size of any of our digital papers to meet the needs of the digital printer.”

Blazer Digital is an economical, coated digital paper with weight and finish choices similar to conventional folio formats. Offered in gloss and satin, text and cover weights, it provides good performance on dry and liquid toner, production color laser printers and digital offset technologies.
