Newsweb Signs Contract for TKS Jetleader 1500 Inkjet Web Press
PLANO, TX—Oct. 4, 2012—Newsweb Corp. and TKS have signed a contract for the Jetleader 1500 inkjet press that ran daily at drupa 2012 last May. This will be the first Jetleader series press installed in North America.
Newsweb, a leading commercial printer in the Midwest, will use the Jetleader to print existing products as well as to develop new markets.
“We are working on understanding the market in order to determine the best possible jobs to be placed on the Jetleader 1500 as well as preparing for the new work we can and will be bringing in,” commented Rodd Winscott, president of Newsweb Printing Division.
