CGX Subsidiary Completes Deal
HOUSTON—Consolidated Graphics (CGX), based here, announced that its St. Louis-based Nies/Artcraft subsidiary has acquired certain assets of The Kohler Print Group and Pinnacle Press, which is also headquartered in St. Louis. Following the completion of the transaction, Nies/Artcraft will do business as Nies/Kohler. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Kohler Print Group was founded in 1923. Owners Kevin, Kent and Keith Kohler, as well as certain other employees of the Kohler Print Group, have joined Nies/Kohler, which will continue servicing the Kohler Print Group's customers.

"With the additional resources of Consolidated Graphics behind them and their salespeople, I am confident that they will be able to continue to grow their business by offering the very best printing solutions available in the marketplace."
