OKI Data Signs National Digital Press Distribution Agreement with Agfa Graphics

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ—Sept. 9, 2011—OKI Data Americas (OKI) announced a national distribution agreement with Agfa Graphics, North America for the sale of the OKI pro510DW digital web press, part of the OKI proColor Series, within the graphic arts production market. As part of this agreement, Agfa Graphics will immediately begin distributing the pro510DW through both its e-commerce channel and its established sales force, thereby increasing OKI’s market penetration within the print-for-pay and commercial printing spaces.

The OKI proColor series serves the graphic arts and production markets with its original line of printers for color-critical applications, delivering professional, production-quality color output and color accuracy powered by embedded EFI Fiery and PANTONE support on select models. Different products and configurations offer specialized media flexibility including envelopes, continuous feed and variable data.

All OKI products are built on parent company OKI Data Corp.’s history of leadership and innovation in color printing, such as digital LED technology and Single Pass Color. This technology allows OKI Data Americas to manufacture products that require fewer moving parts for increased reliability.

Agfa Graphics will be demonstrating the OKI pro510DW in booth 1227 at GRAPH EXPO 2011, Sept. 11-14, at McCormick Place South in Chicago.
