OKI proColor Expands Network with New Reseller

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ—March 25, 2013—OKI Data Americas has expanded its reseller network with the addition of Styers Equipment of Overland Park, KS. Established 30 years ago, Styers Equipment is a printing equipment and peripherals sales and service organization. As part of the agreement, Styers Equipment will sell the OKI pro900DP digital envelope press within the greater Kansas and Missouri vicinities beginning immediately.

The impressive OKI proColor Series is a line of high-impact digital color printers that serves the graphic arts, production, specialty printing and imaging technologies industries. Part of the OKI proColor Series, the OKI pro900DP is a commercial grade, full-color digital envelope printer capable of handling variable data and variable graphics with ease and in a single pass. Boasting an embedded EFI Fiery System 8e Controller with SmartRIP technology, the pro900DP delivers fast, automated, on-demand color printing and job management, and is Pantone calibrated for color-critical applications.

Styers Equipment already reports an increased level of interest in the OKI proColor equipment with a full pipeline of small- to mid-sized commercial printers and local printing and office services franchises, suggesting that the OKI pro900DP is a more affordable alternative to other envelope printing solutions currently available. In addition, Styers Equipment recognizes that many digital color printing devices in the marketplace are not capable of handling envelopes, which is where the OKI pro900DP excels.

The OKI pro900DP handles paper stock up to 330gsm, 12x18˝, and banner printing up to 47.24˝. In addition, the OKI pro900DP can print on cling film and magnetic stock, producing a wide array of output. The device prints up to 36 ppm color and 40 ppm mono, and is backed by a two-year on-site warranty. True 1,200x1,200 dpi print resolution delivers clear, sharp text and graphics, and the high capacity feeder holds up to 4,000 sheets of 20-lb. bond paper.
