It provides a way for clients to streamline their document management process.
This new technology solution and other innovations are being announced during the kickoff of an international customer event O'Neil Data Systems is cosponsoring with HP at its Plano, TX, facility from May 21-23. These product and service offerings include a digital perfect binding system and a letter wrap system for mailings. O'Neil Data Systems also announced the acquisition of its tenth HP T-series press, the HP T410 color Inkjet web press, making it the largest HP production inkjet printer worldwide.
"We're excited to share our latest innovations with customers and other industry experts at this special event cosponsored with HP," said James Lucanish, president, O'Neil Data Systems.
ONEdms is the perfect solution to maintain complex documents from creation to completion and utilizes the latest security protocol. The system allows for customized business rules, multiple user-levels and is highly customizable and scalable. Key features include template creation, proofing, approval workflows, global changes, version control, print and mail automation, production tracking, reporting and document archiving.
ONEdms, in development since 2010 and launched to select clients in 2011, is now fully available and compliments O'Neil Data System's other proprietary line of ONEsuite solutions, offering Web-to-print, marketing, collaboration and customer service portals.
"Companies can take advantage of our ONEdms online technology to save time, money and production costs without making a large investment in software," noted Mark Rosson, vice president of sales and marketing, O’Neil Data Systems. "This is especially important for heavily regulated industries, including financial and healthcare services, where meticulous accuracy is required and stringent privacy safeguards are becoming the norm."
