MIAMI—Original Impressions has dissolved its partnership with Houston-based Nationwide Graphics, with full ownership reverting back to Founder and CEO Roland B. Garcia and his son, President Roland B. Garcia Jr. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The printer, which services vertical markets including finance, health care, fast food and travel, was founded in 1982 and registers roughly $21 million in annual sales.
Nationwide acquired a 49 percent stake in Original Impressions in 2002.
“Our continued leadership will allow us to remain consistent with our growth strategy, further enhance our service offerings and strengthen our support for the South Florida business community,” noted the elder Garcia.
