DALLAS - March 14, 2018 - Performance POP, an innovative point of purchase print and display solutions company, and The Gough Group, a full-service creative agency, visual production studio and digital printing studio, announced that the companies have merged. The merger enables clients to go from creative concept to complete execution of marketing campaigns seamlessly.
“Our mantra is ‘If it can be imagined, it can be done.’ It is exciting to see how the creative expertise and technology solutions that The Gough Group has brought to our organization are helping us improve the effectiveness of our clients’ marketing communications,” said Taylor White, CEO of Performance POP. “We are now providing our clients with more complete front-end creative services, prepress and art production expertise, in addition to more relevant web-based digital printing solutions. Conversely, Gough Group clients can now look to Performance POP for a wider variety of printing and structural display capabilities. This merger was crafted with our clients in mind.”
The Gough Group consists of Brand Agent, a full-service branding and creative agency; Brown+Partners, a creative agency; Platinum Imaging, offering photography and pre-press production services; and Artizen Studios, a high-end art scanning and digital printing studio.
“In addition to the synergy between our two service offerings, the two companies share a common vision,” said Damien Gough, founder of The Gough Group, and president and chief innovation officer of the combined entity. “The combination of our businesses represents a unique solution for each of our clients and positions us as a leader and innovator in multi-function marketing services.”
Gough continues, "By merging with the innovative printing and production technology of Performance POP, clients can now work with the creative and technology teams within Brand Agent to develop brand strategy, streamline marketing execution and ultimately bring their promotional campaigns to market more quickly and effectively. In addition, our range of services is complimentary to what our clients receive from their creative or marketing agencies. We are able to bridge the gap between creative and production and significantly reduce time to market for our clients."
The Artizen Print and Platinum Imaging studios will move to the Performance POP headquarters located at 2929 N. Stemmons Freeway in Dallas. Brand Agent will soon move into a newly designed space on Dragon Street in the Dallas Design District. More details to come.
