Phipps Dickson and Integria Inc. Join Forces
MONTREAL—February 14, 2007—Phipps Dickson and Integria are pleased to announce that they are joining forces to form the largest independent commercial printing company in Quebec.
The combined operations, Phipps Dickson Integria, will boast sales in excess of $40 million and employ more than 200.
Jeff Mahar and Gaetano DiTrapani, co-presidents of Phipps Dickson are enthusiastic about the amalgamation with Integria and the creation of a leading provider of pre-media, print, multi-media, digital print and fulfillment services in Canada.
