STAMFORD, CT—October 02, 2013—Novitex Enterprise Solutions unveiled its new brand and announced the appointment of John Visentin as executive chairman and CEO. Novitex, formerly Pitney Bowes Management Services, delivers secure, technology-enabled document and communications solutions that improve work processes, enhance customer interactions and drive growth. The company was recently acquired by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management (NYSE:APO).
Visentin brings extensive experience managing multibillion dollar business units in the IT services industry, including senior executive roles at Hewlett-Packard and IBM Corp. Most recently, he was executive vice president of HP Enterprise Services.
