RICHMOND, Va. — August 16, 2017 — Pohlig Packaging has merged with Oliver Printing & Packaging Co., which is headquartered in Twinsburg, Ohio. Pohlig is a manufacturer of folding cartons, micro-fluted corrugated boxes and setup boxes, serving the food and grocery, consumer products, automotive aftermarket and healthcare markets. Pohlig is headquartered in Richmond, Va., with 85 employees. The company will keep its facilities and retain all employees as part of the transaction.
“The merger will strengthen both companies with new markets, customers, capabilities and capacity. We are pleased to welcome the Pohlig team to our Oliver platform,” explains Brian Dunsirn, chairman. “Current managers Mike Gaffney and Jim Petit will continue to lead Pohlig into the future”

The transaction closed on August 14, 2017.
