Possehl and Langley Agree on Sales and Service Cooperation for manroland Products
OFFENBACH/AUGSBURG, GERMANY—April 26, 2012—manroland web systems GmbH and manroland sheetfed GmbH, the companies owned by the German Possehl group and British industrialist Tony Langley, have announced signing global sales and service agreements.
More than 40 sales and service companies were acquired along with the Langley deal, while subsidiaries in India and Australasia were acquired by Possehl.
Peter Kuisle for manroland web systems GmbH and Rafael Penuela for manroland sheetfed GmbH jointly announce that they have now agreed on a global sales and service cooperation.
manroland web systems GmbH has established its own subsidiaries in the U.K., operating from Possehl premises near London, and in the United States. In the states, manroland web systems has begun doing business from the same premises in Chicago it now shares with manroland sheetfed Inc., and in the U.K., manroland sheetfed (UK) Ltd. continues to trade from the premises in Mitcham.
Elsewhere, agency agreements are being agreed to with sheetfed subsidiaries to represent manroland web systems in Mexico and South America (except Chile), in Ireland, Finland, Benelux, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, in Central and Eastern Europe (except Poland), and in Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan).
The arrangements make perfect sense for all concerned and both manroland web systems and manroland sheetfed look forward to continuing to support their global customers with the highest possible levels of service.
