Susan Kelly is chief executive officer and president of K/P Corp., headquartered in San Ramon, California. After serving on K/P's Board of Directors for five years, she assumed the role of CEO and president in 2005. Under her leadership, K/P has strengthened its customer focus by developing industry-leading, integrated marketing solutions.
Kelly is also the founder of Raine Media, Inc., a consulting services firm established in 1996. Raine Media develops strategies and technology infrastructure to help clients engineer how to better reach their customers and lower the total cost of ownership for document management programs. Raine Media was acquired by K/P in 2004.
During her extensive career, Kelly has held senior executive positions at RR Donnelley, RRD Direct, Pitney Bowes, and Gannett. In 2005, Kelly was awarded Printing Industries of America's Naomi Berber Award, which honors women who have made major contributions to the graphic communications industry. Through her Fortune 500 work experience and commitment to thought leadership activities, Kelly has contributed significant insights and analyses promoting growth in the media industries.
Gerd Finkbeiner is chairman of the Executive Board of manroland AG and is responsible for directing all aspects of the company's global operations. He also serves as chairman of the board of manroland, Inc. - the company's North American business unit.
Finkbeiner received his engineering degree from the Stuttgart College of Printing in 1981. The following year he joined Eurografica Export-Förderungs-GmbH in Munich, working primarily in the Southeast Asian and Australian markets. In 1987, he became general manager of Eurografica and vice president of Intergrafica Print & Pack. He joined manroland in 1992 as the web press division's director of sales and service. In 1995, Finkbeiner became a deputy member of the manroland Executive Board, responsible for the web press division, and two years later was appointed as a full member of the board. He was named chairman in 1999, and became a member of the Executive Board of MAN Aktiengesellschaft the following year.
As manroland's top executive, Finkbeiner serves as chairman of nine of the company's divisions or subsidiaries. He is also a board member of four related companies. A leading proponent for education in the graphic arts, Finkbeiner is an Honorary Professor at the College of Print and Media in Stuttgart.
