Presstek Acquires Analog, Digital Offset Plates Manufacturer Anocoil Corp.
HUDSON, N.H. — April 7, 2016 — Presstek LLC, a leading provider of eco-friendly printing solutions, has announced it has completed the acquisition of the business and operations of Anocoil Corp., one of North America’s largest independent producers of analog and digital offset printing plates for the newspaper and commercial market segments. The acquisition of Anocoil Corp. expands Presstek's market reach, product line, customer base, and manufacturing capacity. Anocoil Corp. brings over 58 years of experience of providing advancements in offset plate technology with two production facilities located in Rockville and Enfield, Conn.
