HUDSON, NH—January 28, 2010—Presstek, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRST), a leading manufacturer and marketer of digital offset printing solutions, today announced that Presstek Asia Pte. Ltd. (“Presstek Asia”) has been formed as a legally incorporated entity to better enable Presstek to support its growing distribution channel in Asia and to further its strategic growth initiative of international expansion. Featured products in the region will be Presstek DI® digital offset presses, Presstek Aurora Pro chemistry-free CTP plates, and Presstek Aeon a high resolution non-preheat thermal CTP plate. Both Aeon and Aurora Pro are open platform plates that work on 830 nm platesetters. A range 4-up and 8-up platesetters will also be marketed within the region.
