Print Report Special Episode: Direct Marketing and Privacy With Guest Dr. Linda Fried
In this special follow-up episode of The Print Report Podcast, Pat McGrew and I welcome Dr. Linda Fried, JD, Professor of Business Law at the University of Colorado, Denver, to unpack the new and pending privacy laws that impact direct mailers and offer some advice for getting prepared, now.
If you missed Part 1, start here.
And PLEASE, pay close attention to this subject where you live. Each state can have different laws, on top of any Federal legislation to come. Get involved with industry organizations, get involved with mailing organizations, get involved with your state representatives.
The laws are for consumers to protect them … and in this case WE are the ones they need protection from!
Pat and I will follow up when we have more news to share.
Listen Long, Protect Your Business, and Prosper!
