Printer Adding Co-Generation Power Plant

PLANT POWERS QUEBECOR COMPANY: Vericor Power Systems reported that a new $5 million ASE40 aeroderivative gas turbine-based co-generation plant recently began commercial operation in Fearnley, NV.

The plant features Vericor Power Systems' turnkey co-generation package that combines the 3.1-megawatt ASE40 gas turbine with a heat recovery steam generator. QDI Inc., a full-service gas and power solution provider, developed the project and will own and operate the new ASE40 power plant. Energy Service Credit, a division of Dana Commercial, financed the project.
