GLS Cos. Adds Marcom Firm Next Communications to Fold
BROOKLYN PARK, MN—GLS Cos. has acquired Next Communications as part of a strategic offering to advance integrated, multi-channel marketing capabilities to select customers. Founded in 1991, Next Communications is a marketing communications firm that serves local, national and international clients.
Next Communications will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLS Cos. and will continue to operate in its Minnetonka, MN, location. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
"With the acquisition of Next Communications, GLS can now offer significantly enhanced, strategic marketing services to our customers, including digital and Web solutions," said Jayme Wisely, president and COO of GLS.

GLS Cos. is known for its broad capabilities in variable digital printing, sheetfed and web printing, as well as extensive direct mailing, distribution and fulfillment services. With more than 300 employees in its Brooklyn Park, MN, headquarters and St. Paul, MN, locations, their combined facilities produce $55 million in annual revenues.
