Standard Modern is a commercial union printer, family-owned and operated since 1948 from New Bedford, MA, offering a full spectrum of offset, digital printing, creative services, and mailing services. Its sister companies include Reynolds DeWalt and Cranberry Print Marketing.
Solution Highlights
It decided to launch the B2C storefront in its existing OnPrintShop (Booth N1607) B2B (Web-to-print) solution with marginal additional cost. This made it easy for its team and clients to understand the retail solution. Moreover, as time was key, it decided to outsource set up services to OnPrintShop’s support team. In a short time and with an economical investment cost, it could launch a new sales segment.
At first, a retail website offering COVID products was launched within two weeks that generated great results quickly. This success encouraged it to roll out two more B2C websites to sell canvas and political campaign products — signage, marketing material, and stationery — for retail.
With this, it achieved 100% growth in online orders and generated new revenue during the pandemic. It was able to achieve a centralized order for large corporate, B2B and retail, and B2C clients.

Launched New Websites: During COVID, it launched three B2C and retail sites to offer a range of products.
Increased Online Ordering: It achieved a 100% increase in its online orders with the launch of new websites as it could generate fresh revenue streams.
Integration with MIS: End-to-end integration with EPMS, where all orders, customer data, product data can AUTO SYNC. Additionally, order status updates sync, including stocks, which are updated in EPMS are auto updated via two-way integration.
Worked with Experienced Team: Standard Modern outsourced its set up services to OnPrintShop’s support team. In a short time frame, it could launch a new sales segment to improve its profits.
