The Graphic Arts Technical Foundation has welcomed Frank C. Scott as its new vice president and director of research. He now oversees the research department that includes the Bassemir Ink and Kronenberg Paper Labs, chemistry lab and Preucil Print Analysis Lab, as well as GATF's quality control group. Previously, Scott served as the director of digital development at Time Inc.
