John J. (Jeff) Bogart has joined Pomco Graphic Arts, located in Philadelphia, where he is now responsible for account management and new business development.

Chris Madison, president of ColorGraphics Inc. in Los Angeles, has been named the PIASC Executive of the Year. He received the PIASC Ben Franklin Award earlier this month during the association’s Graphics Night.
