Pratt Corp. has welcomed Paul McMahon to the roll of controller. For the past four years, McMahon has served as plant controller and business unit controller for Delco Remy. Pratt Corp., based in Indianapolis, is a full-service point-of-purchase and visual merchandising company.

Chuck Klein is now CEO of Merit Printing, following the retirement of Warren Chapman, founder of the company. Klein, who has served as president of the Minneapolis-based company for the past two years, was hired in 1983 as an entry-level press operator.
