William Gibson, vice president of Rider Dickerson in Chicago, has been appointed chairman of the Presidents Conference Advisory Committee of Printing Industries of America and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (PIA/GATF). Gibson will serve a two-year term.

Rasch Graphic Services, Houston, has hired John Hardie as an account executive. Hardie is the former owner of Houston Embossing, later known as Southwest Bindery.
