In St. Louis, Kohler Print Group's digital marketing division, KPEX Digital Marketing & Distribution, has named Betsy Burnett as its president.

Quad/Graphics in Sussex, WI, has appointed two long-term vice presidents to expanded roles within the company. David Blais has been named senior vice president of sales and administration and John Fowler has strengthened his role as CFO, becoming senior vice president of finance and CFO.
