Eason Chapman, founder and owner of Permaseal Corp., a finishing company in Florence, SC, is stepping down after almost 30 years and handing the controls to his eldest son, David Chapman.

Patented Printing, Dayton, OH, has announced a number of senior management changes. With owner Dick Westfall retaining the title of CEO, Ken McNerney has been hired as president. Joe Sellers has accepted the position of vice president of manufacturing, covering both the Dayton and Indianapolis operations. Also, Robert Howlett has joined the company as vice president of sales and business development.
