Robert Carr, a 25-year human resources executive with experience in large, union-organized, manufacturing environments, is the new chief human capital officer at the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO). For the last three years, Carr was employed by Exemplar Manufacturing, where most recently he was corporate director of human resources and chief human resources officer.
