Brian Badillo has been hired by Dallas-based Padgett Printing as a sales representative. He formerly worked for Johnson Printing Service.

Damani Short has joined Banta Corp. as vice president and chief information officer. Short will lead Banta’s Information Technology operation, focusing on strategic planning and implementation to support Banta’s growth and operational initiatives.
