Federal Direct, Clifton, NJ, reports that Rich Yalango has joined the firm as a sales executive. He was one of the founders and partners at Direct Mail Depot.

Schawk Inc. has appointed Anne Marie Pagliacci to its executive management team. Pagliacci will continue to serve the Des Plaines, IL-based company as executive vice president and group managing director of Anthem Worldwide, where she oversees the company’s strategic design competency across 12 locations. Also, Tim Rose has filled the newly created position of vice president of strategic innovation initiatives.
