Alison Heiser has joined Banta Corp. as vice president and chief customer officer. She will lead development and implementation of the Menasha, WI-based printer’s marketing strategy.

Toronto’s Transcontinental Inc. has won a DMA International ECHO Award for excellence in direct marketing. Transcontinental’s tri-dimensional direct mail campaign, which produced a 74 percent response rate, was named a winner by a panel of more than 200 international judges.
