Quad/Graphics Buys Interest in HGI

SUSSEX, WI—HGI Co., a Burlington, WI-based commercial printer, and Quad/Graphics, one of the world's largest catalog, magazine, retail insert and direct mail printers, have entered into a strategic partnership.

Under the agreement, Quad/Graphics will purchase a minority interest in HGI, providing HGI with additional financial resources to continue its investment and product diversification strategy, and to further its goal of enhancing, expanding and replicating its commercial platform across more geographies.
