RPI Expands Photo Book, Collateral Manufacturing

SEATTLE—RPI, a provider of personalized print services for businesses worldwide based here, announced it is expanding its Atlanta-area facilities by 70 percent in order to accommodate growth in its printed photo merchandise and corporate communications business units.

The company recently broke ground on its expansion adjacent to its existing facilities in Kennesaw, GA, to accommodate increased manufacturing capabilities, including printing technology, new office space and increased staffing.

"It's an exciting time at RPI," said Rick Bellamy, CEO at RPI. "Demand for fast delivery of sophisticated and personalized print products by consumers and brand marketers is on the rise."

The expansion builds on RPI's acquisition of its Kennesaw facility in 2013. RPI-Atlanta was founded in 1992 as DPI, a provider of print-on-demand solutions for corporate communications including books, direct mail, manuals, coupons, point-of-purchase materials and large-format graphics for Fortune 500 companies. RPI acquired DPI to expand services and speed global delivery of products produced there and in its facilities in Seattle and Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

RPI has one of the world's largest HP Indigo digital printing facilities and has been listed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for the past five years.
