RR Donnelley Awarded Print Management Agreement by Herbalife

CHICAGO—August 4, 2011—R. R. Donnelley & Sons has been awarded a multiyear print management agreement by Herbalife, a global nutrition company. Under the terms of the agreement RR Donnelley will coordinate the production of a comprehensive array of products, including catalogs, magazines, commercial and digital printing, forms, labels and event marketing materials.

Donnelley will provide an on-site team that will use the company’s proprietary print management system to deliver cost compression and improved ROI. The agreement will draw on the printer’s international production and related services platform. Those tools will help support Herbalife’s global branding efforts with consistent messaging and quality tools for its independent distributors who do business in 76 countries.
