Bill Borrelle has joined Pitney Bowes as senior vice president, brand strategy and integrated marketing communications. Before joining the company, Borrelle was CEO of the New York operation of mcgarrybowen, a brand advertising and digital agency.
Three new appointments have been made at Scodix. Former Marketing Vice President Ziki Kuly has been promoted to vice president of customer business development. Amit Shvartz has assumed Kuly's previous role, and Dennis Kercher has been named regional sales manager for the West.
The parent company of Nekoosa Coated Products, Nekoosa Holdings has acquired the MagneCote magnetic paper business from MagnetNotes LLC.
At Diversified Graphic Machinery, Paul Peyrebrune has been promoted to executive vice president, and Dan Quenzer has been promoted to vice president of sales. They both joined the company in 2012.
Sandra Van Ert, Appleton Coated president and CEO, has resigned after more than 25 years at the company. Her position has been filled by Doug Osterberg, a 34-year veteran of Appleton Coated who was head of R&D. In addition, two new members of the sales team have been named. John Black is director of sales and business development for the East, and Jean-Pierre (J.P.)Thomas has been named sales representative serving the Southern California market.
Frieda Liles has been elected vice president of finance and treasurer at Wikoff Color. Liles is responsible for providing financial support to 29 manufacturing locations across six regions.
Koenig & Bauer (KBA) has elected Heinz-Joachim Neubürger as its new chairman of the supervisory board following the resignation of Dieter Rampl, who was both a member and chairman. Martin Hoyos is the replacement board member.
The Roanoke, VA, and El Paso, TX, locations of xpedx have earned an Energy Star designation, meaning they meet strict energy performance standards set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. xpedx has now earned Energy Star at 26 sites since 2011.

In the Digital Div., Catherine Radoncic is digital specialist in the Mid-Atlantic; and Mary Kay Dupont is digital specialist for New England.
To expand its sales management team, Screen USA has hired Jeff Sammons as a regional sales manager, responsible for covering several northeastern U.S. states and the easternmost Canadian provinces.
