IWCO Direct is a National Change of Address (NCOA) link provider that also uses non-USPS information sources to eliminate the dreaded Undeliverable as Addressed (UAA) mail. The printer also provides standard Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS), Locatable Address Conversion System (LACS) and Delivery Point Validation (DPV) services.
