Think Patented Promotes David McNerney to Serve as President

Think Patented is proud to announce the promotion of David McNerney to President. In his new position, McNerney will be chartered with leading operations, driving growth, and sustaining customer satisfaction.

Since 2008, Dave held several roles with the company, most recently as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has been essential to the company’s growth and success. As Vice President, Dave was responsible for the strategic direction, and daily management of the Sales and Marketing departments. During Dave’s 12 years with Think Patented, he helped the organization grow to $22 million. He also led the expansion into wide-format printing, promotional products, design services, and digital marketing solutions. Prior to joining Think Patented, Dave held sales leadership positions in the technology sector. He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and received an MBA from Lindenwood University.

Locally, Dave serves on the Board of Directors, MarCom, and Executive committees for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce.

Niels M. Winther and Ken McNerney will remain with the company as Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, and will support Dave with a focus on client-driven solutions including automation, digitization, and M&A acquisition work.
