Rebuilt Machine Gives 50 Percent Production Gain

DALLAS —Dallas Offset, a 70-employee print shop, recently installed a rebuilt Muller Martini 335 saddlestitcher with six pockets plus cover feeder. “We chose the 335 due to its reliability and versatility,” says Steven Kubalik, CEO of Dallas Offset. He expects the unit to help increase the company’s production by as much as 50 percent on tabloid products requiring stitching and trimming, a growing segment of Dallas Offset’s business mix.
