Claremont, CA-based Phoenix Marketing Services has named Kelly Capps as creative account executive. Capps, who has worked in creative design for more than 25 years, has owned CAPPSdesign, a creative design firm, served as creative director with MLS Marketing Group, and has taught graphic design at several California colleges and universities.
